Nur Impiana Properties Sdn Bhd was formed in 2019 to be the Sales & Marketing arm for the properties completed by EW Kerjaya Bina Sdn Bhd & Q&Y Builder Sdn Bhd, with the ultimate goal of being the leading Master Community Property Developer in East Coast Region of Pennisular Malaysia, mainly Terengganu.

To date, Nur Impiana Properties together with Q&Y Builders Sdn Bhd as well as EW Kerjaya Bina Sdn Bhd have completed more than 15 projects, delivered up to 200 units of houses, mainly Semi-Detached and Banglow house all across Terengganu.
